Review: This week my wife and I had dinner at Jersey Lilly’s. We paid for our dinner using our check card. The next morning my wife noticed where we were charged three times for the one amount $35.92. My debit card was charged three(3) times for $35.92 at Jersey Lilly’s. I have been back to Jersey Lilly’s twice and was basically told that it was my problem to handle with the bank and that their bank ([redacted]) most likely sent the wrong information to my bank. ([redacted] assured me that it was not by their doings and that it was most likely J.L.’s machine or their card merchant. After several trips between banks I finally had to file a dispute with my bank against the two extra charges. Someone has an extra $71.84 because that monies has been deducted from my account. It almost has to be J.L’s because where else could it go? At any rate my argument is that no matter who is at fault or where the money went, I did the business with Jersey Lilly’s and they should be the ones to work out the issues with the banks and held accountable. I’m not sure what the Revdex.com does exactly, but at any rate, this practice by Jersey Lilly’s does not seem to be a very ethical way of doing business in my opinion.Desired Settlement:

General Manager states the amount sent in is the amount they received. As far as he knows this has been resolved. The consumer will need to check with his bank.
