The owner is very greedy and the girls are very catty. It’s a weird set up, I got a policy with one agent but every time I call it’s someone different who helps me. And I always hear “we work as a team” like what? What kind of agency does that. Seems very disorganized and dysfunctional to me.

Review: I had a 2013"[redacted]"(#[redacted]) insurance policy made with "Jersey Coast Insurance%Financial Services", LLC. In May 2014, I was away for a brief period of time and the Business(as they claim) tried to contact me. When they couldn't get in touch with me, they WITHOUT my consent and knowledge contacted my mortgage company and had them pay for the renewal of the policy. By law I'm not obligated to keep such insurance and I didn't want a renewal for 2014. In July, I received a new policy documents and out of curiosity called the aforementioned insurance company. On 07/10/14 the owner of the company Mr. [redacted] told me to come and sign ("as it never happened" according to him)cancellation papers and reassured me that by the end of July,2014 I would get a full refund of the premium of $573.75 by mail. I contacted the insurance company today 08/11/14 since I did not received any refund and the owner told me that I would get the full refund MINUS 25%. And not only that but he couldn't say when the refund would be delivered. Furthermore he was rude and not cooperative! By the way I checked the policy contract and I didn't find anything about auto renewal. The insurance company was just desperately looking for a payer in order to make more and more profit. Correct me if I'm wrong but if there is no payment there shouldn't be no action. The insurance company hasn't been authorized by me in NO WAY to renew the policy or to look for a payment on my behalf. I will characterize this as a fraud!Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund(as promised by the owner)of the amount of $573.75
