I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 I will not abide with a company who refused to accept the doctor's note therefore they broke their own rules of business. I want resolution yet the organization refused to budge despite with clearer explanation with evidence.
