Jerry's Certified Service

Excellent service. Car broke down in Milwaukee and needed to be fixed quickly to get back home. Jerrys took excellent car of both me and my car; dropping me off at McDonald's so I wouldn't have to wait the whole time in the store. Fixed my car in a couple hours allowing me to get home. However, the part put in that had needed to be replaced (the alternator) was faulty and was over charging my battery. Took it to my auto care service in Appleton, WI to be fixed again, they said I would need another alternator. Called Jerry's and they said that the company who makes the part will cover the cost of a new part at a different service store in Appleton. Overall, Jerry's is a great service that truly cares about the customer. Don't know what I would have done otherwise. Thank you Jerry's!
