Review: [redacted] the owner of this company was on his way to a call when he saw my son stuck on the side of the road. He told my son let's get you pulled out and we can talk money after that. This process took about 3 minutes to do and he charged my son $250.00 and told him not to worry about it that our insurance would cover it. My son had to call in debit card information to his office. I feel my son was taken advantage of and we only get $50 of this money back from the insurance company. I sent Mr Hudac an email and explained how I felt about this, I told him I was grateful for the help, but this kind of money was not justified, we did not make a call for a tow truck and have road side assistance. My insurance company Allstate felt it was way out of line and said I should file this report. Mr Hudac has never responded to my email. This was two weeks ago, so I am guessing he really does not care.Desired Settlement: I think $50 - $75 is reasonable for his services but I have been towed quite a distance and never been charged anywhere near this amount. Everyone I have spoken with says we were ripped off.
