The unit was advertised as new, not used. Unit was not discounted due to dings, etc. The same listing that is on the company website is the same as how mine was listed. Contract was listed as new, not damaged or as is.. Repairs need to be completed. I guess I need to get the attorney Generals office involved for false advertisement, bait and switch, etc.
