Shore Side Cleaning

I hired Shore Side Cleaning to clean my beach renteal each Friday over the summer. Marie came by and was a joy to talk to. She began mid July. Our place was rented every week until last week when we returned. The cleaning had been done. Laundry was part of the service provided as well. When asking Marie to return remaining linens so I could understand condition and what needed to be replaced. I spent 10 days trying to get my linens back to no avail. Marie would never answer the phone and text messages were vague and filled with personal commitments that did not allow her to take care of me, her customer. Needless to say there is over $500 of missing towels and sheets. Great cleaning job, but lack of customer service and accountability. I would stay clear of Shore Side Cleaning
