I took my truck to a mechanic to check the transmission about 6 weeks ago. The guy that built the transmission came from Boonville to Concordia to pick my truck up. He drove it up on his trailer, which he was not suppose to do because there were no fluids in it. HE is the one that told use not to drive it.
Every time I call to get the status of the repair he comes up with new excuses not to speak with me. He has the transmission all torn up. I spent almost $1000.00 on it. He should have had this done way long before now. He also said the torque converter was not a new one, but a used one. I paid for a new one.
This consumer had other people work on the transmission, which I can not be responsible for . We will offer no refunds at this time.

I am rejecting this response because: I had no other choice but to have someone work on it. I needed a running vehicle. He needs to fix it completely or refund me my money.
