I was promised a refund within 3-5 business days, my transaction took place on 4-17-2013, it is 4-25-2013 and still do not have a refund
I canceled service and requested a refund of the charge on my debit card because the person I spoke with told me they were Revdex.com accredited, which they are not. When I told the associate that they were not Revdex.com accredited they swore to me that they were which was just a flat out lie. I have contacted them 3 times now, they keep assuring me that I will receive my refund tomorrow, and then the next day, etc
