charged#3..Contract of jobs including mold removal and prices#4..Contract of jobs and added jobs by [redacted]sAlso enclosed are the pictures of before and after jobs completed.The [redacted]s at the time of construction were happy with my work and said so, but after adding more and leaving the repairs up to me by making a statement of do what you do, I don't do sloppy work or cut corners not do I steal lumber from customers.  The lumber in question are shown in the attached pictures.The trash disposal was not in any of the contracts.  The non completino of some  work was due to Mr. [redacted] wanting to wait until the furnace/AC men came to decide where to put in duct work.Drain lines were not connected, because I am not a plumber.Mr. [redacted] has paid $7700.00 for the work done, but not the mold removal.I hope the contracts, pictures are explanitory enough to show my before and after work.Mr. [redacted] was insured and received a check from Pekin Ins. to cover the mold removal.  [redacted], Claim  AdjusterI was not paid for the mold removal.

I did work for him as a friend of my wife. I gave him a price to build an addition and a material list. I bid the job at $2,000, as I was going to have two guys help me. He said he would help me so it would knock off some money. He didn't...

help me - he was drinking all the time. I did the job and he was happy with it (windows and sliding door). He then called me one day and got very ugly with me on the phone about his roof leaking. I said I would come fix it but I couldn't that minute. He got very angry with me and I hung up on him. I have not heard from him since.
