I went to the IHOP ** *** *** *** *** *** on November at 9:to order food At this visit when I received my food, there was a hair in it When I brought it to the management's attention, they re-did the food, but they charged me the full amount I went back a second time, on November at 10:p.mI was charged an additional 15% on my meal because it was after p.m I was not told of this until after the food was ordered, eaten and I started to pay The manager told me that normally it is a 10% charge, but my receipt reflects a 15% upcharge When I called, they told me that this is how this is done, but I haven't been charged extra on previous visits
