In early 2016, I took my ring, that I purchase at this business, in to have it polished. I still have a year left on the warranty. While they were polishing the ring the diamond fell out. I went back in about a month later to, I thought, pick up my replacement. They told me the ring they ordered was $200 more. I only paid around $400 plus warranty to begin with.Desired SettlementI just want my ring fixed or replaced as it should be under warranty.Business Response The customer warranty is valid until 1/18/17. We are replacing the ring for the customer. Unfortunately the original manufacturer no longer can provide us with that ring. We are having it custom manufactured. Approximate delivery time is 6 weeks.
