We purchased our home from Jensen homes in 2018 of December and we had a verbal and written agreement after a year from the closing date of our home Jensen would come out to fix any issues with our home. After contacting them in November 2019 we couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office and once we did in December 2019 they continue to refuse to fix our issues and have terrible customer service.
Jensen Homes was contacted by the Buyer to have some year end repairs taken care of and Jensen Homes employees went to the Buyer's house and fixed the buyer
complaints, mostly minor drywall cracks and a few adjustments to doors. Buyer was satisfied with the work performed.
