The way she went about shipping them caused damage to 2 of the collars. We did not ask her to pay for them, and we refunded...

her shipping. And P.S. [redacted] did not tell us to send her order. [redacted] does not get involved in such matters. Her correct order was shipped the day after we received the other collars back. It's unfortunate that sometimes businesses have to deal with people like this. She was terribly rude in every way. We did all we could to take care of this person, but nothing made her happy. Very unfortunate :(
