Mrs. Schmitz,We have replied to all of your concerns via the Revdex.com system, and in a timely fashion. We feel we have performed to the signed contract. We were hired to remove squirrels and to perform an attic inspection. We performed 2 attic inspections and removed the squirrels until there was no more signs of activity.We have addressed your concerns by conducting a second inspection, completing the services as contractually agreed and corresponding with you via the Revdex.com complaint process.  We performed the removal services accordingly with the most successful methods. Thank you for your feedback and recommendations on how you feel we can better serve our customers.  We have concluded our services and have been paid accordingly.Jeremy C[redacted]Critter Control of Columbus
