Review: We hired [redacted] to take photographs at our wedding. We signed a contract and paid for a photography package that included a finished wedding photo album. [redacted] has not responded to any attempts to contact her for months and has not delivered the wedding photo album that was promised.

We would like [redacted] to deliver the wedding photo album that we have already paid for. If that is not possible then we would like for [redacted] to issue us a refund in the amount of four hundred dollars so that we may hire someone else to create an album for us.

Review: I contracted Jenny Lin Photography to photograph my wedding on 7/7/2012. She was paid in full a month prior to the wedding date. Part of the photography package was a wedding album that she would compile and deliver to me 6 months after I select the photos that will be in the album. To date I have not received the album. I have emailed her and called her on several occasions since the wedding and on three occasions she has actually responded to my outreach. The first time in early spring of 2013 she explained she claimed to have health issues that prevented her from completing our album. Most recently in December of 2013 she stated she would but a rush on our album and deliver it to my father's address no later than Dec. 30. This has yet to be done.Desired Settlement: I am requesting Jenny Lin Photography either complete the album immediately before any other goods or services are done for current clients or a complete refund for the portion of the album. $400.00
