We provided [redacted] a copy of the Wisconsin MV-form this afternoon (8/08/2016)We also provided her a letter stating that all necessary paperwork has been provided to [redacted] (a nationally know title processing company)We will continue to follow up with both [redacted] and the Wisconsin DMV until the registration and title are processedWe apologize for the delay and inconvenience that this has causedOur Pennsylvania New Car Dealer Association has determined that approximately 40% of all out of state title transactions take longer than daysThey have worked with PennDot and the Pennsylvania State Police and have agreement that our Patemporary registration should be increased to daysThis should be law in the near future but obviously doesn't help in this situation
