Jenna Village

Nice apartments, terrible management! When moving in, no one came to do a walkthrough inspection with us. During living here, ourselves and our neighbors we share a wall with, had both of our toilets overflow at the same time and when they came to fix it, told us that the floors had to be redone because of water-damage. They replaced the floors with a newer, upgraded version, and then tried to foot us the bill almost 2 weeks later, saying we had a month to pay it because it was "user-error" that the toilets overflowed. How was it "user-error"? Oh well they found toilet paper in the plumbing. Uh, not sure where else we are supposed to put it? Oh, and when our aforementioned neighbors moved out there was a hole in the fence in their backyard, that then took our new neighbors putting in 3 separate requests to property maintenance and someone almost getting hurt by their dog coming through the hole before anyone boarded it up or did anything about it. I can only imagine how moving out is going to be.
