writing in regards to the insurance policy Mr. Stoker said he would send via mail. As of today !0/7/15, I still have not received it. He advertises he is fully insured, on his facebook page, his business cards, and his vehicle. I am starting to feel that he scammed the disabled and the elderly. He also offers discounts we never received. And the address he uses for his business runs an assisted living center for the elderly. [redacted] .
