The quality is good, style is good but their customer care is very poorThey need to train their staff more about how to welcome and take care of their customers
Everything was very pleasant for us It, of course, doesn't hurt that *** brought us espresso while we shopped The staff are actual adults with knowledge, experience and functioning ears We can't agree on anything but the salesperson helped us find really great options They spend a great amount of time for us They gave us the very best price we could find anywhere in the city
We were a bit less than perfectly satisfied with the manufacturer who provided too little information and shipped a piece we felt had a flaw
But the first response we had after showing the store our concerns was immediately to schedule a pro to come and look at it He did a repair the next day
We couldn't ask anything more from a furniture retailer
They made the purchase easy and their support after delivery was top notch
Review: [redacted] Jenkins came to my house to fix the kitchen sink - turns out one small $3 part had come unscrewed. It took him in total 35 mins (including going to get the part) and he charged me a ridiculous amount of more than $180 for the service. Refused to give an estimate or talk about price until he presented me an invoice at the end. I asked him for an estimate when he left to get the park and he said, let me get the part and get back to you. Then refused to discuss it until he handed me the invoice. In addition, he charged a $45 travel fee to drive less than a mile. Completely unprofessional and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The only good part was that he was only about a half an hour late and came on a Saturday.Desired Settlement: Removal of the $45 travel fee and adjustment of the overall price.
