I was overcharged $100 on couch set and $140 for delivery fee that was paid. Also $30 was supposed to be refunded for slightly damaged chair.

This loan transaction was done after hours. Over the phone not in store. They called me at home because of errors. I was not able to see prices entered until I made first payment to loan company that Jendiz uses.
They do not return calls or answer emails.

We purchased a electric adjustable couch and love seat back in July 2018. The couch has a defected in the right side adjustable lounger. When it lounges back it sounds like it gets stuck and make a popping every time. It continues to lounge back however, it leans to the right. We have contacted the store numerous times for then to come out and look at it, fix it or replace it. They had us contact the warranty; however, it does not fall under warranty until after a year of purchase. We contact the manufacture as they stated they would cover it but it has to go through the store for them to contact and put in request. I have told the store all this information and can still not get a response or get anyone to come out at look at it, fix it or replace it. We paid approx $3000 for this set and can't properly enjoy it due to this defect. I want this taken care of as we have been dealing with this since just a few months after purchase. Please help us resolve this.
