Good afternoon .I am writing this letter in response to complaint # *** filed against =Jencole Enterprises, LLC.In the complaint, the complainant stated that we had not followed through ondelivery different timesWhat in fact happened is as follows: Firstdelivery was held back due to lack of
payment on the complainant's behalf.Second delivery was stopped due to a bad check in the amount of $6,180.00.The check had a stop payment placed on it by the complainant before we could complete deliveryThird delivery attempt was scheduled but the customer was not at the property when we arrived.Complainant's materials and equipment are at our office and have been awaiting pick upNobody has come to pick them up.Please contact our office at *** if you have any further questions..Thank you, Jencole Enterprise
