In March he did bring three items.  They were repaired and ready for pickup on 3-4-16.  He did not pick his items up until 3-21-16.  We have a notice posted that after 10 days of being notified there will be a $10 per day storage fee.  The work on the go-kart consisted of a new...

pull rope, new wheel bearings and cleaned the carburetor for $78.28 which he paid.  When he brought the go-kart back the chain was off due to a bent axle.  (This was more than replacing the chain for free).  Parts and labor for a new axle and chain replacement is $150.  The chain problem had nothing to do with what had been fixed previously.  Around the 4th of July he was told to come pick up the go-kart since he did not want to pay for the axle repair.We have been patient storing this go-kart for months that he does not want to pay to fix the axle.  Nobody said he couldn't have his go-kart back but a $50 storage fee does apply.When he called the sheriff's department they told him to pay the bill and provide a claim ticket.  We have no go-kart on blocks and why the sheriff's department took pictures without permission is concerning.  He was shouting curse words and using obscene gestures while the sheriff's department was here.  After he filed the complaint with you, he called us on the phone four times one day shouting obscenities and threatening.  There will be no replacement go-kart and the $50 storage fee stands.[redacted]'s Small Engines[redacted], owner
