This Company is horrible to deal with. The guys do a very poor job often cutting corners ( mowing half the yard, leaving gates open, not putting things back in place) I issued many complaints to the owner [redacted] none were resolved. I was always charged full price for the cuts even a specific one in September that the owner agreed was not done properly as there were areas that had really long grass. I discussed with the owner that the grass wasn't really growing and I wouldn't need any more cuttings. He said they would come and fix the patches I paid for. Then I was Issued a bill for October for 3 "lawn cuttings" I know 100% that the lawn was not "CUT" in October. When I called to discuss the bill with the owner Dean he became extremely rude and refused to talk to me.
