Jeffrey's Affordable Power Washing

I contacted *** to do some work at my house ( power washing and landscaping) he wanted a down payment of $160 which I send to him via cash app , and we both agreed on doing the job Saturday 23th 2018 at 11:00am ! He never showed up or called so then I try calling him from my phone e and I was completely block , he then send a message stating that he will come later on , which he never showed up !! I think his business is a scram I send him a request to get my money back !
