We would like to take this opportunity to attempt to resolve the issue again We had previously met with [redacted] who voluntarily signed a release In the days to follow she called and left messages that her husband was upset and she needed to talk with us We have attempted to resolve the matter on several occasions The contract signed by [redacted] specifically states that she did not want a itemized list in paragraph and again she initialed the same option on the last page In an attempt to resolve the matter we provided information to her, which was delivered to her We are willing to sit down and try to come to a resolution for this matter at any time Sincerely, [redacted]
