Jeffrey A Sebastian Paint and Home Services

I received a Notice of Intent to File a Lien from Levelset for services supposedly rendered by Jeffrey A S Paint and Home Services.
On 7/1/19 we paid Mr. S $200.00 as down payment for paint ($84.76) and labor to start painting part of the interior of our home on ***. in Grants Pass.
Mr. S started the work but would skip from room to room without completing any one room.
I discussed this with him, he continued skipping from room to room with sloppy work painting around rather than removing fixtures etc. After being absent for five days I hired M Painting, a licensed contractor recommended by Revdex.com. I later found that the reason Mr. S had not called or returned to work for five days was because he was serving jail time.
Mr. M needed to not only correct Mr. Ss blunders but also complete the work that Mr. S was supposed to perform.
I have been threatened by Mr. S through Levelset's Notice of Intent to Lien and wish this action to stop.
