Daniel completed a bathroom fix/reno for us within budget and on time, and he was a joy to work with - not an experience I have had often with the few contractors who have come into our house. He was courteous, kept the work area clean and worked to resolve issues that arose (the vanity was cracked when the box was opened). He is entirely fair in price and a very honest individual. The reno is wonderful. We will hire him again.

We asked Dan for his help with a bathroom renovation after we realized we were in over our heads with trying to replace the bathtub ourselves. He helped problem solve and provided guidance on how best to proceed. Within a couple of days, he sent us the estimates and we chose the tiles that would be installed around the bathtub together. He has done a fantastic job for us. The final cost of the project was true to his estimate, he used quality materials, and he communicated with us to ensure we knew how the project was progressing and when to expect him the following day. We are so glad we decided to go with Jefferson Construction and Renovation. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the professional expertise Dan demonstrated throughout the project stages in the bath tub and toilet removal and new walk in shower and new toilet installation. Very calm and pleasant demeanor!!
