She had to pay for 2 deductibles because there were 2 different repairs, her warranty company decides if she has to pay the deductible not us. That deductible goes to them not the dealer. Her vehicle was test driven for many days trying to verify the concern, we are not responsible for the rental vehicle that she decided to put herself into. We did not authorize any such agreement or did we know she was in one.
