I wanted a small job done and requested a quote, we made an appointment that he did not keep, I phoned 1 hour after the appointed time and left a message and he never called back, I waited one week and called and left another message, and one week later he has still not called back. I am planning a lot of work to be done in my house and although this was a small job it would give me an opportunity to observe his capability, unfortunately he failed terribly.
