I'm someone who's had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this business, and I feel I should share thatI am a buyer and have had a long couple of months that culminated in one of their employees, when called on the carpet for sluggish service and poor communication, responded with blaming me, name calling, personal attacks, and hanging up on meIf you plan in selling your home with or buying a home listed by this group I suggest thinking otherwiseReal estate is a customer service industry and these people don't have itI gain absolutely nothing from being upset as Mr*** said must be the caseHe also said he was sure I'm always an unhappy person, which I also assure you is far from the caseHe decided to throw another blow saying I was just reinforcing that all physicians are arrogantI'm far from arrogant, and I know a lot of physicians, very few of which are arrogantI'm not sure what he felt like he was gaining by insulting an entire group of peopleI guess when you have no actual argument you revert to the blame game and blind unsubstantiated insults
Upsetting/insulting a buyer is the best way to lose a sale
I will say there was one gentleman who answered the phone and was polite
