We are shocked to see that Mr. [redacted] has filed this complaint against our company. We received a call regarding a defective item and sent out the replacement parts immediately upon request. We will gladly refund up to $10 on return shipping for the defective item. Please have Mr. [redacted]...

Prior to Mr. [redacted] requesting to return the 30 day trial offer we extended the 30 day trial period to allow more time to try the product since a replacement was sent out.
