I called the customer but he did not answerWe have completed the repair and are only asking him to pay what he agreed to He must sign a paper to resolve the dispute with the credit card company

The customer agreed to the $100.00 non-refundable service and paid up front. We would be happy to do a $50.00 gift card for him.
