a pickup date of 9/13/17. At 4:52, he called and I told him I gave his wife the pickup date. They never showed on 9/13, and then I received this complaint in the mail. To date, they still have not picked up the jacket, yet he says he was in a hurry for it.

I never said I didn't need it back till fall. I don't like how they handled the situation. They never called us. We always had to call them. I don't think I should have to pay $35 for a jacket I waited over 6 months for. I'm willing to pay $20 or $25 for the repair. Thank you.
