Review: On May 11th I was solicited a Kirby vacuum. I never received a contract from the seller Nino P[redacted] or the finance company. Within a day I called the seller to advise I was no longer interested in the purchase. Nino asked me to keep the sweeper and he would make the payments until he was able to resell the vacuum (proof can be provided). Absolutely no payments were made and as far as I know there have been no attempts to resell this vacuum cleaner. I followed proper procedure according to the seller to return this product and cancel my contract however I still have no resolution.Desired Settlement: I want a representative other than Nino P[redacted] to collect this vacuum and cancel the contract in my name.

Review: Representatives from kirby came and demonstrated the vacuum. They left it for me to use for a few days and took my Bissel vacuum with the intent I would buy the Kirby. In the process that I didnt want the Kirby and canceled the contract they would come and get their vacuum and give me mine. Well they came and got theirs but forgot mine and promised to bring it. Its been almost 3 weeks and no vacuum. Made calls but getting nowhere.Desired Settlement: I would like my vacuum but if for some reason they have done something with it im asking for the money value or a replacement
