Paid Work Order Items not completed
Services listed on the PAID Work Ordered NOT COMPLETED:
Listed on the paid work order, is a oil change done on the vehicle.
On May 11th a different repair shop did an oil cooler change on the car, and stated that the Oil Change I was charged for was NOT COMPLETED on the car. (The Mechanic can be contacted by Revdex.com)
Listed on the paid work order, is a detail that was done on the vehicle.
When picking up the car, I could tell the detail was not completed.
I now have to pay a different detail shop to complete the work, I already paid for.

The allegations in this complaint are untrue. The oil was changed exactly as reported. This is the first I have heard about the oil change allegation, and I will just say that no one can drain the oil from a car and tell if it was previously changed a month or even a week previously, and the implication some unnamed shop could do so verge on libelous. That is particularly true in an older car where the oil turns dark very quickly.
The detailing was also completed as billed. The owner told me he was unhappy with the detailing at the time, and I advised him to bring the car by and show it to our detailer but he declined to do so.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I feel, the business missed multiple deadlines to respond and responded late, due to not caring about my concerns.
Their response should not be accepted.
Why give a deadline for response that is not enforced?
The vehicle after leaving the business went home to be garaged and parked until I could set up an appointment with a HONEST and RESPECTED business.
The car was driven less than 50 miles, when the oil was examined. It was old oil and oil filter was dirty.
The car was NOT detailed, that is what I was unhappy about. Being, charged for work that was not done.
I want to raise these concerns to protect future customers.
And, to warn them to find a HONEST and RESPECTED business.
The service the customer requested was delivered. The oil was changed, and the car was detailed. The customer was invited to stop by and show us his concerns at the time they were raised, and he declined. Despite the customer's statement, another shop cannot determine if oil was changed by looking at it, and this allegation is untrue and unwarranted. We offered to look the detailing issues over with the customer that day, and he chose to not return, which suggests to me that he know the allegations would not hold up in a face to face meeting.
As for missing multiple deadlines, we are not a Revdex.com member. We are not in regular communication with Revdex.com and it was chance that I saw this at all and responded.
