I called them yesterday and I was transferred to a supervisor. I read the letter to her, she was short and said we no longer own it, it has been sold. I said to her clearly the letter said it will not be sold. Conflicting info and this debt is directly effecting my credit. So I am happy with the response if they take it off the credit report and have no intentions on reselling. The debt is not even accurate.

This response fails to address why JE Groups has impersonated a government official, which is a felony, claiming to be servicing a warrant. Should they do this again I will not attempt to reach them or Revdex.com, I will call a lawyer and start formal legal proceedings against them and specifically [redacted]
As an aside, if JE Group's telephone operators have regularly impersonated government agents as part of a "script" this would escalate into a class action lawsuit and likely criminal charges.
