I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I did receive the first portion of the plans via email a few days after submitting the Revdex.com complaint but per the email from the company, I still need the 2nd part of the plans.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

[redacted] and I did discuss plans for a quad bunk bed and due to cost I can not deliver them statewide. We did agree on selling her a set of plans which I did mail out but she never got so I got a hold of her and emailed them to her.  I did get the  plans back in the mail I put the wrong...

zip code on there and they got returned to me. Due to her not getting then in the mail is why I emailed the set of plans to her. Therefore She did get the plans as agreed
