Review: [redacted] and his crew lay my kitchen, bathroom & laundry room title floor. The floor cracked in 2 different places in less 1 year.HE WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND his guarantee and repair the floor without me paying him first. I had to pay another person to fix the floor. I trusted [redacted] to do a good job but this did not happen. I was told not to get rid of the rest of my title because this could happen again,that the job was poorly done and cracks could reappear. I would never use him again.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund the price of the tile, the cost of the repair job and the cost of the title job. The cost of the entire job is $2013. Why should I have to pay for his bad job and have to have a new floor instill again. He should pay for my floor and the mess his crew made of my floor and stick to his guarantee.
