I went to Mr *** *** for a loan as my property was in foreclosure at the time in and Mr *** requested I pay him for his due diligence which I wired to his attorney *** ***I confirmed from Mr*** that he was going to approve the loan before I gave him the After paying Mr*** the 500, Mr *** requested that I meet him at his attorney's office to sign for the loan which I didOn getting to the attorney's office, Mr*** was no where to be foundInstead his attorney brought out documents for me to sign and I refused stating that I have to see Mr*** first to make sure he was going to do the loan before signing anythingHis attorney *** *** was called out and he said that Mr*** was waiting for me at my house and that I should quickly sign so I can go meet with him to get the loanI hesitated and I called Mr*** on the phone to confirm what his attorney had told meSo I signed the said document and off I went to meet with Mr***
