I originally ordered from the company on Sept2, As of today - Sept25, I have not received my order My order was processed and my credit card was debited I received an order numberI began sending messages through the company's online contact I have done this twiceI then attempted to call their number given on their siteThe calls go directly to the mailbox but is then rejected as the mailbox is full I have also attempted to contact the owner through a private email - at least timesThis has also never been responded to I would very much like the order to be sent
I ordered coffee from the Coffee Queen on 2/23/& received confirmation of my order My bank account has been credited for the cost of the coffee which was $ I still have not received my order I have tried to email them twice and tried to call today and there was no answer and the voicemail box is full

My family and I purchased coffee online on 9/2/The card was also charged at that time We still have not received our order and I have sent emails for follow up and no response They sent a shipping confirmation around 9/24/but no tracking and product still has not been received
My initial order was placed on 12/1/when I didnt receive my order, I contacted Juanita, owner of Coffee Queen Coffee on 1/via email She responded that there was an issue and she didn't see my order, though the funds had been taken from my account on 12/11/
I again didn't received my order so I emailed her again on 1/and received no response and called and left a voicemail on 2/4, again with no responseI sent a final email on 2/letting her know that if I did not hear from her and receive my product or a full refund by Wednesday 2/That I would have to take more drastic measuresToday is 2/And I have not received my product, a refund or any further communication from Juanita
