Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] Maintenance was called out on April 29th, May 4th and May 8th for the same issue, my air not cooling I understand there is protocol in place for situations of this magnitude, however it looks as if the issue was taken lightly and the repair conducted were only a temporary fix Yes, two portables were provided, the first one on May 8th and the second one on May 10th after complaining of my entire apt not cooling with the one I have not been able to get a good nights rest because of the portable that sits directly by my bed because of the only window in the room This has been more than an inconvenience
