Buyer beware!! bought a trannie, sent wrong trannie, they admit its their mistake but refuse to stand behind it. Now my garage will eat the full cost of the install/remove and install correct one.
I will never use this company again. stay clear!!

When the transmission was originally purchased it had Parts hanging from it which one was a sensor which is not included but that was not the description provided online. The merchant was contacted right after the transmission was installed and informed it was not working. Once he was advised that it wasn't working he told me that because he didn't install it he cannot guarantee that it can be swapped out. Once the vehicle finally got to the merchant the transmission was removed and Merchant advised that there was a crack. There is no proof that the crack was put there by the removal of the transmission but I have information from 2 Honda technicians and the mechanic who installed the transmission stating it was never cracked. The merchant offered 100 off 850 to complete a new installation. I have numerous emails talking back and forth with the merchant just to have to pay more for "putting it back together" when we drove out to the shop to talk. This matter has been going on since June.
