J.D.M. Constuction

We have a written agreement from [redacted] to complete all finish trim work in our newly constructed home. [redacted] has promised several times to come to our home to finish the job which he has failed to on every occasion. We contacted him Thursday, March 15th, in which [redacted] stated he would be at our place to finish the job, first thing Monday morning at 7:30AM as promised. He once again did not show or call. We have been trying to get him to finish the job for several months now. He is very rude whenever we contact him, and then lies to us to get us off his back.He even stated last Thursday, "I thought you would have finished the job yourself by now, ha ha". We have paid [redacted] in full for a service he did not complete. We are now forced to hire someone else, hopefully that is reputable to finish the job and we will have to pay them somehow, for something we had already paid for.
