JDK Imports

Well I have bought a vehicule from JDK Imports. Before I bought the vehicule, I had went for a test ride and concluded that the vehicule was in good running condition. All was fuctionning good. We completed the deal on the 29 of march 2014. When I went to pick up the v ehicule, I didnt do 5 kms off their lot and the vehicule wasnt running right. I then brought the vehicule to a garage close to my house so they could look at it. I also called JDK imports to report the problem and they then told me to bring back the vehicule so their mechanic could look at it. Wich I did. I canceled my appointement at the garage and managed to get the vehicule back to their lot. I made my point of having bought a vehicule that was running and so I expected to have a running vehicule upon delivery of this [redacted] 2003. [redacted], the owner [redacted], proceeded to tell me that from now on I was only gonna deal withn him. [redacted]. He eventually told me that the vehicule was my problem and that I should get it of his lot. He then changed his mind and told me again that his mechanic would take a look at it. That never happened up till this date. Yesterday I texted him to find out what was going on with the vehicule and he awnsered [redacted] that the work was not done and if I wasnt happy to take the vehicule of his lot. Wich I did today. agreement was that he would pay for new spark plugs but that has not happened to this day, its on the bill of sale. August 22 2014 test drove a vehicle, found it had a miss fire and discovered it needed new spark plugs, we agreed and put it on the bill of sale that I would get them replace and they would pay for it, I have emailed and text messaged them the invoice, try to call text and email, never get a response. Desired SettlementI need the bill paid (456.00)
