Have contract to install stair lift in my apartment. Paid required 50% Up front ($1350) by check as there was a 3.5% surcharge for credit card. Have been unable to contact them by phone and have not been contacted by them for installation details. The salesman took check on 12/6/19 and have heard nothing since. Check was cashed same day. All phone calls go to answering machine and have had no response.
