missed a couple and then doesnt come on a consistent basisOur registration form states that if the rider does not give us a hour cancellation notice they will be charged $If we wanted to get technical she would owe me money for no shows in lessonsI have also been very flexible in them paying for camps by payment and sending multiple receipts because parents are not married and they need to keep track of who has paid for whatI have also been flexible in communication, dad telling me one thing and mom telling me another. Not sure why I should be punished for lack of communication between the parents and them not bringing the daughter for scheduled lessons.
I am happy to provide her with the service she has paid for but do not issue refunds for no showsI have a waiting list and could have given her spot to another rider
