Failed to refund! Not trustworthy.
I signed up for take a food safety class with [redacted] At the time of signing up I was asked to prepay for the class. I gave him my visa for payment. Two days before the class I was alled and informed that they class was cancelled. I was told I would receive a call with the new class time and date. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK!I then had to sign up for another class and paid once again but this time it was with someone else. After I completed my class I called ([redacted])J& D Consulting to inform him that I was not longer in need of there services. He then said and "ok" "I will refund you". About one month 1/2 I called him again and he never answered the phone. Another month went but.. I called again he left a voicemail. Told him that if he did not call back, I would call the Revdex.com. He called back within 30 mins. He then said that he would pay me back but needed time to pay back because he was broke. Nov. 11 will be 2 months since I have talked to him and still have not received my refund.
