My car payment was 4 days late. CNAC had a 3rd party company pop the lock on my car door and put a club on the sterring wheel
My payment $187 was due on 4/30, on 5/4 my car was immobilized for late payment.CNAC had a 3rd party company ( maryland recovery taskforce)pop the lock on my car door and place a $75 dollar club on the sterring wheel.I spoke with Towanda Jordan, she stated they had the right to do so or even repo and tow after my payment is 1 day late. With my car being immobolized I had to catch a cab to work and home. Which made my car payment $30 dollars short. Per Towanda CNAC can not accept a partial payment. Therefore the club will not be removed until the payment is paid in full.I purchased this car 12/2011, and I am more thank half way through the loan. my car payment has only been late 1 other tome throughout this loan. I have never heard of such thing. PLEASE HELP
