If I could give this business no stars I would. I own a 2009 Nissan Versa. I had an after market cruise control unit sent to this business, that I had ordered from a place in [redacted]. The part arrived on 8/5/15, and it was installed on the same day. The 'service engine soon' light came one while I was in the parking lot of this business.
Daniel F[redacted] "cleared" out the code, and the "service engine soon" light came on just as I had pulled into the [redacted] parking lot. Then I turned around, and I went back to JC's, and I pounded on the door to let the owner know that the light was on again. He never answered the door, nor did he answer the phone. Daniel told me that he would only charge me $130.00 to install the part, and he charged me $180.00.
As I was on my way back to my hotel in [redacted], the engine stalled THREE times, while I was in traffic!!!!! Not only did the car stall, the cruise control didn't work at all. Daniel F[redacted] is nothing but a liar, cheat, and a thief! I had to have my car towed to [redacted] Nissan. They told me that Daniel F[redacted] tied the cruise control into my horn, and it was installed incorrectly.
I initially went to this business to have the cruise control installed, because I was making a cross country trip with my arthritic knee. He saw someone who needed something done quickly, and he took advantage of me and my spouse (who is a military retiree).
Do yourself a favor, AVOID this business. You don't want a shady character working on your car, and taking your hard earned money.
